Stat of the Day

26 Dec 2011

Kobe Bryant shot 3-of-11 on isolation plays Sunday, scoring 0.46 points per possession on those plays.

Last season, he scored a league-best 643 points in isolation and ranked ninth with 1.00 points per isolation possession.

Quite likely the wrist injury had some impact, but give most of the credit to Luol Deng, Ronnie Brewer, Rip Hamilton, Joakim Noah and their fellow Chicago defenders.
